Three holiday apartments in the same Venice building directly let by the owner.

ROMITE apartment is on our building’s second floor (third American) and its windows overlook the wonderful Rio de le Romite canal in the Dorsoduro area. It has 2 double bedrooms and one double sofa bed, so it sleeps 4 guests in beds and 2 more can take the sofa bed, for a total of 6 guests. The double bed in the smaller bedroom can be splitted into two single beds on request.

Apartment SAN TROVASO is large and very quiet. It is on our building’s second floor (third American) and its 18 windows overlook quiet, private gardens. High ceiling with exposed beams and original “terrazzo” floors. It has 3 double bedrooms and two double sofa beds, so it sleeps 6 guests in beds and 4 more can take the sofa beds, for a maximum of 10 guests. Bed linen and towels are provided, such as wi-fi Internet connection. This accommodation has been recently restored with updated heating, lighting and quality finishes.

TURCHETTE apartment is on our building’s top floor, so it is the quietest you can find (no one walking above you). Its windows overlook quiet, private gardens and its exposed beams give a bohemian feeling to it. It has 2 double bedrooms, so it sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. The double bed in the smaller bedroom can be splitted into two single beds on request. This accommodation has been recently restored with updated heating, lighting and quality finishes.

We-Nice-Venice is located in the beautiful and peaceful “Sestiere” Dorsoduro. Saint Mark’s Square is just 15 minutes away.
With a 3 minutes walk you can get to the lively “Campo” Santa Margherita with nice pubs, cafès and live music. In the opposite direction it will take you about 2 minutes to reach “Le Zattere”, the waterfront, with view on the Giudecca Canal.
The Accademia Bridge, over the Grand Canal, is just 4 minutes away. When you are about to reach Venice, just give us a ring to arrange a meeting point: the owner himself will pick you up and show you the way to your flat.
