A very spacious accommodation with extremely big and sunny rooms: 18 large windows flood the large lounge and bedrooms with plenty of light. High ceiling with exposed beams and original “terrazzo” floors. All the rooms have been newly refurnished with typical venetian forniture.

Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, microwave etc.
This accommodation has been recently restored with updated heating, lighting and quality finishes. The flat has a separate modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and washing machine. 

 Weekly maid service with linen and towel change is provided for long term stays. Upon arrival guests are required to pay a € 200 caution deposit that  will be returned at time of departure.
